Are there any hidden costs when buying from WeightWorld?
No, there are no hidden costs, you only pay for the item and for delivery - nothing more, nothing less.

What is your security policy?
WeightWorld is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

When will my Order arrive?
Depending on the service you select, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail's standard service, UPS Priority Next Day or UPS International service. Royal Mail's standard service takes up to five working days for delivery, UPS Priority Next Day ensures a next day delivery service in the UK and EU. If you are in North America please allow for 3 - 7 working days after dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend are processed on a Monday.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All products are despatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, UPS require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. If you are not home your package will be left with a neighbour. However you need not worry about nosey neighbours as all our parcels are discreetly packaged with a plain UPS bag.

What if I am unable to be at home when UPS attempts delivery?

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

Why do you need my phone number on the order form?
We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order.

Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited email/post?
We object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes, aside from credit/debit cards, we accept payment by both Cheque and Postal Order. If you would like to pay using either of these methods, please place an order on the website as you usually would ensuring that the following details are entered when you reach the payment section of the checkout process:

  • Name on card:"Cheque" or "Postal Order" (depending on the payment method you would like to use)
  • Card number: "0000"
  • Valid from date: "01/08"
  • Expiry date: "01/12"

All Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to Comfort Click Ltd and sent to the following address (along with a note detailing your name and delivery address so that we can easily match up the payment with the order and ensure a swift dispatch):
